Removable Rotating Assembly

Disassembly of the rotating assembly allows easy inspection of the pump bearing or shaft without disturbing the pump casing or piping. On most models, just remove four bolts from the rear of the pump and the rotating assembly will slide out.

Abrasion-Resistant Mechanical Seal

Double floating, self-aligning oil lubricated mechanical cartridge seals with tungsten carbide fixed and rotating surfaces are specially designed for abrasive industrial wastewater services.

Solids Handling Impeller

The two blade, semi open solid handling impeller can handle solids up to 3 "(76 mm) in diameter, depending on the pump model. The extraction blade on the impeller shield can reduce the accumulation of foreign matters behind the impeller and reduce the pressure life on the seals and bearings of the expansion pump.
