Working Principle of Submersible Sewage Slurry Centrifugal Pump


The submersible sewage slurry cutter pump used in the ESP device is a multi-stage centrifugal pump, which operates in a vertical position. Although their structure and operating characteristics have been developing for many years, their basic operating principles remain unchanged.


The generated liquid loses kinetic energy in the diffuser after receiving the huge centrifugal force generated by the high speed of the impeller, and converts kinetic energy into pressure energy in the diffuser.


The pump shaft is connected with the protector through the mechanical coupling at the bottom of the submersible cutter slurry sewage pump. The well fluid enters the pump through the inlet filter screen and is lifted by the pump stage.


Other components include radial bearings (shaft sleeves) distributed along the length of the shaft to provide radial support for the high-speed rotating pump shaft.


The optional thrust bearing bears part of the axial force generated in the submersible sewage water pump, but most of the force is absorbed by the thrust bearing of the protector.
